To book a room, simply browse properties, select your desired room, choose check-in/out dates, and click "Book Now". You'll receive a confirmation email after payment. For help, contact our support team.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and bank transfers. You can also pay via WhatsApp or cash on check-in for select properties.
Cancellation policies vary by property. Generally, free cancellation is available up to 7 days before check-in. After that, charges may apply. Check the property's cancellation policy before booking.
Click "List Property" in the header, fill in your property details (location, room types, pricing, photos), and submit. Our team will verify your listing within 24-48 hours.
Rent is collected automatically each month via your saved payment method. You'll receive reminders before the due date. You can also make manual payments in the dashboard.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your registered email, and follow the instructions. A password reset link will be sent to your inbox.
If you cancel according to the property's policy, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Contact support for assistance.
