You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
When you book a room, you agree to pay the total amount displayed, including rent, security deposit, and any applicable fees. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
Cancellation policies vary by property. Please check the individual listing before booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the property's policy.
Property owners listing on our platform must provide accurate information, maintain safety standards, and comply with local laws. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies.
You may not use our platform for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities. This includes posting fake listings, harassing other users, or attempting to bypass our payment system.
HotelRent Manager is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including disputes between hosts and guests.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
